Bad customer service The first time I got my oil changed was mostly fine other than very little direction on the shuttles and when they'd depart. I waited for a shuttle and missed one of them because they didn't make it known they were taking anyone. I ended having a co-worker come get me because I'd waited over an hour. Next time I went in for an oil change to give it a second try it was less enjoyable. I felt like I was a bother and in the way. When I came to pick up my car I wasn't sure where to go so I walked up to a parts or service counter and was rudely turned away without direction on where I needed to be. I then walked over to the first person in the service area. The lady I spoke with didn't acknowledge me for at least a minute or two and when she did was not friendly. She asked for my name and told me who I should go to and pointed in a general direction to where I should go and paged the rep. The representative who was paged continued talking to the other staff members for at least 5 more minutes while I stood awkwardly not sure where or who I should expect to come. A guy who didn't work for the service department but maybe maintence pointed out who I was waiting for and was confused why she hadn't come over to serve me since he'd heard her paged minutes ago. Eventually a different guy who was not paged came up and checked me out. I did not feel valued, welcomed, or that anyone had any desire to assist me. I will not be going back even though it was where I purchased the vehicle because the whole experience was uncomfortable and frustrating. More
Poor communication Went in on a Monday and they said I would be contacted in a couple days when the part came in to schedule the fix. Five days on Saturday later, I called them only to learn the part had come in the day after on Tuesday. Was not given a clear explanation as to why I wasn’t contacted. Five hours into having my car for repair I called for an update and no one could figure out what was going on. The guy had to call me back after telling me the one service advisor “didn’t know anything about it.” After the fix I went to pick it up and they insisted I owed. My original service advisor confirmed the repair was under warranty but apparently didn’t mark it as such. I had to explain all this and they had to look it up again before things were set straight. Poor communication with customers and within the company. More
We went to see about trading our pickup in for another one We went to see if we could trade our pickup. Greg Botham met us at the door he was very helpful. Two Hours and fifteen minutes for a blinker bulb. I went to the dealership yesterday and waited two hours and 15 minutes for a blinker bulb to be replaced. Not a casing. Not in a complete unit. I even made an appointment ahead of time. When I checked after 45 minutes on my car, the paperwork from Paula have not even made it back to the people so they could take my car. She said she just got back from lunch and had been really busy. But she was definitely at her desk when I first got to the dealership at 1 o’clock. She was pleasant enough but I can’t continue to bring my car to a place where an overall system like this goes on. Sadly, I’m going to have to look elsewhere for my car. More
