Worked Hard to Correct a Situation A few weeks ago, I brought my car in for a recall service and to have my key fob fixed for my car. There was a misunderstanding and miscommunication, A few weeks ago, I brought my car in for a recall service and to have my key fob fixed for my car. There was a misunderstanding and miscommunication, and I ended up leaving very frustrated and without a fixed key fob. Jacqueline Clark, my service adviser, worked hard to correct the situation and today I was able to receive a new key that worked with my car, and it was covered under my warranty. I appreciate the efforts this service team has made to keep me as a customer and to better my experience. More
