The 2nd I've had for 6 years & decided to trade in for a new Tacoma, because I wanted a 4 door & need more passenger room. Becky really worked with me to find the exact model I wanted, in Tennessee! When we arrived to get our truck, Becky could not be there due to illnees in her family. So Darnell filled in & we closed the deal with him. Very pleased with the price & our trade-in. When it's time for another vehicle, we will be back. More

Although it was a 6 1/2 hour job, it was a nice wait I was there for a recall which took over 6 hours. They had coffee, water, ices, ice cream, snacks and grilled hamburgers ad hot dogs. Very pleased with how nice my rep was and how he kept me updated. My vehicle also showed another problem so mechanic worked to get that fixed which was all part of a 2900 recall and it never cost me anything but my time. More
