I was working with a salesman to purchase a new Tacoma in August. We had worked out trade-in and completed the credit application. I called to put a deposit on the truck since I live 2+ hours away and woul August. We had worked out trade-in and completed the credit application. I called to put a deposit on the truck since I live 2+ hours away and would not get to the dealership until the next day. The salesman put me off as he was "in a meeting" and would call back after the meeting. About an hour later, he texted me that the truck sold during "the meeting". Called sales manager to discuss my experience and he said he would look into it. That was the last I heard from the dealership. Ended up buying from another dealership a couple days later. More

The car we got was exactly what we had been looking for , the sell process was very high pressure and we agreed on a price ,but when we went to go to the finance office the salesman added the Celijet to the the sell process was very high pressure and we agreed on a price ,but when we went to go to the finance office the salesman added the Celijet to the price of the car and wanted us to sign a new price agreement I felt was to far in sells process to back out of the deal so we did sign ,thought that was very unprofessional, the finance people were great to deal with and finding us a good interest rate , again I enjoy the car we bought just not the sells process we went through More
