Terrible customer service AGAIN! When going in for my schedule maintenance I Was told by Paula that she was helping a customer and after that she was going to lunch and that I needed When going in for my schedule maintenance I Was told by Paula that she was helping a customer and after that she was going to lunch and that I needed to just go stand by my car and somebody would eventually help me. I was like okay not sure who she was helping as nobody was with her but my issue was the comment after about going to lunch. Then when I came back to pick up my vehicle the guy who is in the same room as Paula wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence so after a few minutes I went out and asked if someone could help me get my keys so I could leave. They guy who helped me was very friendly. I then notified that my license plate was bent along with the holder. Went back in and was told u prob just need to bend it back as it prob happened when they washed your car. The man came out and helped bend it back but it isn’t perfect. I was told that I could get it fixed next time I brought my vehicle back in. I thanked him and left. I was so mad a the again terrible customer service that I received I couldn’t even address it at the time because i didn’t want to make a seen. I swear I will never purchase a vehicle from you or new tires and I will strongly discourage anyone I know from buying from you. This is the second bad review I have given with no response. I gave you another chance just in case it was an isolated event but clearly it is not. I guess Machens doesn’t care about customer service. More

Poor customer service After recieving a call to set up an appt and getting yelled ar for not uaing a 6 month free service bc I did not have time, it was hard to get a time After recieving a call to set up an appt and getting yelled ar for not uaing a 6 month free service bc I did not have time, it was hard to get a time to work. My work demands i can not be gone for long periods of time. Meaning theor shuttle was useless, i had to find my own way back to work then to get my vehicle. No time frame as to when my vehicle would be done either. More

somewhat disappointed We were a little disappointed in the sales mgr (Joe Haner) as he was not very friendly as he has been in the past.
