Bought and traded a vehicle on July 7, my trade wasn’t paid off, my loan documents weren’t finalized, the Worst service I’ve ever had at a dealership. Bought and traded a vehicle on July 7, my trade wasn’t paid off, my loan documents weren’t finalized, they lost my title, dropped my credit score, and after visiting there 4 times to straighten things out it ultimately took them until September 29 to pay off the trade and get me everything I needed to actually own the car. Terrible terrible service!! More
