It appears to me that the negative ratings on this site were made by individuals who purchased pre-owned vehicles from this dealer, and every one knows that there is an unknown factor when purchasing a used vehicle, and a warranty is usually not involved unless purchasing a certified preowned vehicle. I am telling you that Gary works very hard for his clients, is friendly, down-to-earth, and does not exhibit the high-pressure sales tactics that you encounter and some other dealerships. In fact I consider two of the Machens employees as personal friends after getting to know them over the course of the last seven years. I also have referred many friends to Gary and Machens Toyota who have been extremely satisfied with their experience, and will continute to recommend them others who ask. I have also talked with other friends and acquintances who have purchased at Machens Toyota who have also been very impressed with the level of service they have received.
