Over the years I have had 5 other sales persons, two parts persons, three service persons and a receptionist approach me while waiting for Bob or service or just killing time and ask if I have been helped or if I need help. I know this is not because they are all really nice people. It is because Machens management trains and reinforces the display of such attitudes. Other dealerships I have visited do not act like they want my business. When I visit Machens everyone I come in contact with acts like they want and appreciate my business. Thank you! More
