I purchased my third Toyota from Bert Shaw this year at Joe Machens Toyota. I rate the dealership and Bert so highly because of the great service before the sale and after the sale. As you drive up to the dealership someone ALWAYS greets you and asks how they can help. Even though I’m going back to my former salesman (Bert Shaw) the salesman who greets you goes out of his way to help you get with the person you want even though they aren’t making the sale. I’ve been to other dealerships over the years where they don’t seem to matter to anybody but the person who is making the sale. I went to another Toyota dealer closer to my home and browsed the lot and no one even came out to inquire if I needed help….they didn’t get the sale. I drove the extra 60 miles to Columbia for the great sales and service. After the sale we received a thank you card and phone calls from Bert to make sure we were satisfied. Haven’t had to have any major service just oil changes from Joe Machens Toyota but each time we go they have us in and out as soon as humanly possible. More
