I purchased a 2004 Sequoia from you working with Warren Byington on that deal. Just happened to meet up with Warren in the lot as he asked if I needed any assistance. He does do all he can to be attentive to your needs as a customer, and to get to know you as a person. Which helps him to assist in meeting his customers needs. In fact a few months after I purchased the Sequoia, my wife and I were back to look for a vehicle for her! We ended up leasing a 2011 Avalon and Warren took us through the process as the great salesperson that he is. Our only negative was that we purchased the extended warranty that the finance manager (forgot h easy to deal with. He is good as what he does. After we got home and read over the materials we realized there is a deductible with each claim which is different than a new car warranty. My wife and I don't remember him mentioning that part. We called to talk with the finance manager, left a couple of messages for him to call to discuss this but never heard back and just dropped it. More
I have received great customer service from my dealer. I needed two new tires and even though I showed up late afternoon on a Friday, they were able to get me worked in. When things did not work out with the first car I intended to get, Warren worked VERY hard to find me exactly the car I wanted and get it to the dealership.
