Over the next few days, he provided all the information we needed and never used any pressure to get us to make a decision. When our car arrived, he spent lots of time explaining the features and linking my smartphone to my new Prius, so I would be able to use several more features. I am not a "high-tech" person, so I'm sure it took lots of patience on Warren's part! We also enjoyed working with the gentleman who helped us with financing, but I'm sorry that I can't remember his name. Over, this experience was quite positive! More
Preston Espinosa greeted me and listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right vehicle for me. He explained the features of my vehicle and asked if I had questions and when I did, he explained every and helped me find the right vehicle for me. After an initial misunderstanding with Machens Scion, the team was upset that they had potentially wronged a client. I had originally went to the dealership because my mom I had originally went to the dealership because my mom was going to trade in the car I was driving, which was a Toyota Avalon, so she could get a n I had originally went to the dealership because my mom was going to trade in the car I was driving, which was a Toyota Avalon, so she could get a new car, she was working with Dean Hovis on that deal. During that visit Dean showed me a used Scion tC that they had out on the lot, I loved the car but was unable to buy it. Nevertheless, I left that day very said that I no longer had my favorite car. Now here we are less than a year later I had saved some money and was ready to go look for a car. I looked on the website and saw another Scion tC and fell in love with it. My mother was going over to the dealership that weekend to have a check up on her car and she offered for me to go, at the time I had talked my self out of the car and didn't want to go and fall in love with it and leave upset, so I did not go. About 2 hours after she had left she called me and said that she had talked to Dean about the car and that he believed that I would be able to get it. She then came home and picked me and my car, a Toyota Camry, up and took us over to his office. They took a look at my car to see how much it would be worth for a trade in and see how much the payments would be etc. and during all this Dean was very friendly, he even showed us pictures of his kitchen that he had remodeled! The feeling was very family-like and I felt very comfortable there, and he began to refer to the car as "your car", and through out the whole process he would tell me "don't worry! we will get you your car!". Now the car was in the shop getting a new hood because there was some hail damage so I was unable to test drive it. So my mother and I went home and I anxiously awaited a phone call to let me know if I was approved for a loan and when the car was out of the shop. I received that call on a Tuesday afternoon and made plans to go see it the next day. I talked with my mom that night and she said that the payments would be really hard for me to make and if I didn't make them she would have to and she didn't feel comfortable doing that. I then called dean on Wednesday and left him a message saying that he could just sell the car to someone else and that I was sorry I couldn't make it. I was heartbroken, and then a few hours later I received a phone call from Michael Wagner saying that we could adjust the payments and get it down to a more attractive number. I immediately went over to discus this with them. Once I arrived Dean met me at the door with the keys to the car and let me test drive it and see everything it had to offer. We were quickly able to come to a number that was acceptable for my mother and myself and finished the deal. The whole feel of the place is really comfortable and I felt at home! These guys really care and will work with you on things!(: More
Gary Willis is the most sincere and genuine car dealer I have ever worked with. He took his time getting to know me and wanted to truely understand my situation and needs. He really is a nice, smart guy who quicky found the best solutions to finance a truck based my paticular needs...and he could answer ANY questions I came up with. These are two Amazing individuals! Quality, safety, and reliability is the reason I only buy Toyotas now, but a Competent, friendly staff is the reason I buy Toyotas at Joe Machens !! More
