I responded to an ad on this dealership's website for a used 2012 Prius and had the good fortune to speak to Rafael Romero, over the phone, about the car. There was just something about the way that Rafael conducted himself during our phone conversations that made me feel confident that I could trust him and could rely on his description. Based on this, I gave him a (fully refundable) deposit so that the dealership would hold the car for me until I could drive the 126 miles from my home in Saint Louis, Missouri, to the dealership in Columbia, Missouri. When I arrived, the car was washed and sparkling clean on the outside, smelled like new on the inside, the stickers had been taken out of the window, and it was parked under the canopy awaiting my inspection. Rafael was every bit as professional in person as he had been over the phone and I completed the transaction in less than one-hour. I am very familiar and comfortable with long distance transactions and have bought other cars from dealerships that were 200 + miles from my home in the past. I have also made numerous telephone inquires about cars in other markets. Compared to these experiences, I would say with confidence that my experience with this sales salesperson (and this dealership) was superior to all prior transactions. More
