Moses was never in a hurry and wanted us to be completely happy with purchase. Happily we are now driving our new 2013 Scion and 2013 Tacoma pickup. Moses gave us great service. My husband and I are glad we have someone we are so comfortable with to deal with in our auto purchases. This dealership is a good place to shop and for service. Warren was extremely sensitive to my inexperience with the car buying process. He did very well to explain in great detail what options they were able to provide me with based on my specific needs and eve the car buying process. He did very well to explain in great detail what options they were able to provide me with based on my specific needs and eventually tailored a very attractive deal for me in accord with what financial limitations I was experiencing. It didn't take long at all to let my guard down after approaching the situation because his technique was very "customer service" oriented as opposed to treating me like a hungry salesman that was just out for a buck. Never did I feel pushed or encouraged to do anything I didn't want to do. Warren is extremely well informed, very good at what he does and has a very comforting "human" approach. I'm glad do have done business with him and definitely look forward to dealing with him again in the future. More

We had to be in Henderson by Saturday morning to deliver my daughter to her college. We went on line to to find a dealer near our location. Joe Machens Toyota was 9 miles ahead. We exited off and drove right to the service bay. Scott listened to my story and asked me to pull right in. He had a tech pull the code. It was a sensor code and thought to be a nuisance trip. He reset it and we were leaving in 15 minutes time. I thought I would be waiting hours. He did not even charge me. I tried to tip him and he would not take one Thanks so much Scott. I was thankful and so impressed. I wish my dealership at home was as service oriented. Made a big impression. More
