We had a great experience at Joe Machens Toyota. I called the dealership from St. Louis and immediately spoke with Tyler Knudsen. I told him exactly what we wanted and asked him if he had it. We negotiated the price over the phone, and he went to get the truck and took pictures of it so we could see it before we started driving to Columbia. Tyler even bought lunch for our family when we arrived at the dealership! Everything he said on the phone was true: we got a perfect truck at a great price and didn't have to deal with any typical dealer BS. It was well worth the drive, and we love our Tundra! More

Very poor customer service. Sales manager was very rude! I bought a used car, it needed a few small things fixed, my car ended up in St Louis for a week and they didn't bother to inform me of taking it ther I bought a used car, it needed a few small things fixed, my car ended up in St Louis for a week and they didn't bother to inform me of taking it there. Took 4 weeks to get my title, making the taxes over due. No second set of keys available as promised so now I have paid extra for taxes and keys. This is the third car my family has purchased from a Machens dealer in 6 years but I will never be back!! More
