I was on the verge of giving up on Toyota and Joe Machens. I have had several Toyotas and always loved them. At that time, I was traveling quite a bit and felt I could no longer trust my Avalon. I talked to a Joe Machens sales person and was not treated well at all. A friend sent me to John Boyer and it was the best referral I have ever had. John got me in a new Avalon and has taken care of me since. He is always there if I have a question or need to have my car serviced. I will talk to John when I am ready for my next Toyota purchase.
