The dealership was very nice and new they had free snacks and drinks which was a plus, and everyone said hello. I was sort of expecting the run around before I got there because that is the standard for trying to buy a car without credit and that is not at all what happened. Eva was a great salesperson. We were looking for a new Toyota, but after she had visited with us, she asked if we would like to drive a very nice, slightly used Corolla. On Sunday, November 17, 2013, our 2004 Toyota van broke down in Columbia as we traveled from Kansas City to Springfield, Illinois. We returned to Springfield in a friend's van. Moses was very helpful in trying to locate a vehicle we might be interested in. He found two used vans that might fulfill our needs. We went back to Columbia on Thursday, November 21, to pick out a vehicle. We took a test ride in one of the two vans. But then we saw a 2014 model of the same style van that we test drove. Although the used van was fine, we decided to purchase a new one. Because we had traveled over 200 miles and had to decide rather quickly, Moses was very patient and kind, answering all of our questions. And this was all done on his day off. So we very much appreciate the sacrifice of his personal time to assist us. Jeff Rackers then worked out the financial details in a professional, courteous manner. It was a much better experience than when I had purchased my previous van at a Toyota dealership in Illinois. More

I don't know that I'll EVER rate a car buying experience as great where price is concerned, but in every other way, our experience with Mose was excellent.
