I would like to thank Jim and Joe for the excellent customer service. I have a 2010 Tundra and had managed to break off a windshield wiper as it was stuck in the ice on the windshield. I stopped by a local O'Reillys store to replace both wipers and after much struggle they could not get the pieces of the old wiper out of the wiper arm. Luckily I had stopped at the O'Reillys on Paris Rd so within a few minutes I was at the Service Center. I wasn't real sure what to expect as it was a few minutes after 5 but Jim came out to assist. He searched for any mechanics that may be still there and that turned out negative. Then Joe came along. He had dropped off a vehicle in the service bay and saw the trouble that Jim was having and offered his assistance. I want to thank them both for their assistance and wonderful customer service. I had the day off and I had been thinking about trading in my pick-up. I was driving around and decided to stop and look around at the Joe Machens Toyota Scion. With any vehicle purchase, there are always cons, but not usually a bunch of pros. The only cons I experienced are considered 'typical' in any car-buying experience. I'd prefer there was no negotiation step in car-buying (you don't go into a department store and haggle over the price of pants). It'd be a much more care-free experience. I can't comment on the financing department since my vehicle was purchased in-full. If you're looking into any new car, I'd recommend John in a heartbeat - he'll give you a fair opinion of whether or not there is a Toyota or Scion that would best suit your needs. More
