Jamie was kind and friendly right off the bat. He asked me questions to help narrow down the kind of car I wanted, and then researched it right in front me. Even if our next vehicle is not a Toyota or Joe Machen's doesn't have what our family needs (unlikely), we will still call John to discuss our family purchase. Good experience, but lots of "game-playing". Should have been a "cleaner" deal with more empowerment of the salesman. We don't like the "checking with my boss" and running back and forth.
