On this visit I told them what I liked in a car and Cody Allison found the perfect one, exactly what I wanted with just one test drive. He was open and honest and very efficient in answering all of my questions via phone and email before the purchase. There was no struggle getting to the price range I needed to be in, and they were able to meet all my "wants" in options that did not come with the car. In all it was just a very relaxed experience. The day we arrived to pick up the car everything was in order, and all we had to do was sign papers. They were great with my 8 year old son who tagged along, making him feel included. They also had a Free arcade and refreshments that could entertain kids while waiting. Great Idea!!! Cody is very easy to communicate with and was very knowledgeable about the car. He did a great job of showing me all of the functions and getting the apps downloaded that I needed. I hope he is still there when I buy my next car. He is exactly who I would request. Finance was great also, I believe his name was Mike ? I hope. He was very descriptive in our options and made it easy to understand what all was included with every option, and why some options were more important than others. Very honest and not pushy. Almost a total waist of my time and money. I went in for a couple factory recalls, an oil change, and to look at a couple dash light issues.. After 6 hours they call me and tell me I owe them o I went in for a couple factory recalls, an oil change, and to look at a couple dash light issues.. After 6 hours they call me and tell me I owe them over $30 I find out that the majority of this price is for diagnostics, and they had forgotten the factory recalls "which could possibly lead to the breaks not functioning, and shrapnel from the airbag". He said he needed to order parts and tried to reschedule me for a different day. But I had made this appointment for the factory recalls, and I knew the parts had been ordered the day before. When I mentioned this to him he tried to tell me that the lady who made the appointment wouldn't have known what parts to order. Which is not true because I was on the phone when the parts were ordered. $300 for an oil change and a couple minor fixes? I'm sure my anger and panic was heard over the phone, and he said he would try to get the recalls done. So within the 45 minutes it took me to walk back to the dealership they had finished both recalls. And it's a good thing because I was already looking for a Toyota contact to voice my frustrations. The price was lower than he had told me on the phone as well. I don't want to complain about that but the prices might change depending what kind of customer you are. If you know what I mean. I won't be back even if I have another recall. More

They all stayed late to make sure I went home with something I was happy with! I couldn’t even tell they were closed by the way the were treating us! They made us feel very welcome.
