Helpful and accommodating Dean Hovis and the rest at Machens I had called Mr. Hovis to ask about the service record on a van that he was selling. We talked for a bit and he asked specifically the vehicle in whi I had called Mr. Hovis to ask about the service record on a van that he was selling. He told me that van had just been sold to someone from San Francisco, but that he would keep my number just in case anything came up. The very next morning he called to let me know that the van was available. We worked out al of the details in the next fifteen minutes, over the phone. He FedEx-ed the paperwork which I signed and returned with a check, and the following Saturday two gentlemen arrived at my door with the van. It couldn't have been easier if I had bought it from Amazon.com. More

Love my Trailblazer!! I had been looking for a RED Chevy or GMC Blazer-type vehicle all over the state of Missouri. I called several dealerships, and they either didn't have what I wanted after I got there or they did, but there was something wrong with it and they basically wanted to sell me something else. Rafeal emailed me and asked what color specifically I was looking for and it happened to be the background of his picture on his email! I told him that and also asked him not to waste my time showing me anything else. He said, "I think I have what you want!" My husband and I drove over and Rafeal had my beautiful Trailblazer washed and shining inside the garage and I was in love. He let me keep it overnight and I just couldn't take it back. I let he and my husband negotiate and I couldn't be happier! I still love it! More
