I was lied to by the salesman and financial manager I leased a 2018 Camry LE for 3 years with an option to buy on May 21, 2018. The salesman, Jim Ellis and Jake Bunker, the financial manager at the time of leasing, lied. I would not have leased the car if I had known the truth. I do not recommend this dealership More

He was open and honest and very efficient in answering all of my questions via phone and email before the purchase. There was no struggle getting to the price range I needed to be in, and they were able to meet all my "wants" in options that did not come with the car. In all it was just a very relaxed experience. The day we arrived to pick up the car everything was in order, and all we had to do was sign papers. They were great with my 8 year old son who tagged along, making him feel included. They also had a Free arcade and refreshments that could entertain kids while waiting. Great Idea!!! Cody is very easy to communicate with and was very knowledgeable about the car. He did a great job of showing me all of the functions and getting the apps downloaded that I needed. I hope he is still there when I buy my next car. He is exactly who I would request. Finance was great also, I believe his name was Mike ? I hope. He was very descriptive in our options and made it easy to understand what all was included with every option, and why some options were more important than others. Very honest and not pushy.
