Wrong part was ordered after I had scheduled over a week. Had to leave overnight for correct part to come in. Work was done but have to take back to correct steering wheel center pad that wasn’t put back on Had to leave overnight for correct part to come in. Also thought I was told my diagnostic fee of $69 when previously in a few weeks ago would be refunded in final bill. Previous dealings with dealership favorable but not this round but will still recommend overall. More
I checked in with Forest. I had talked to him the day before reference all my tires being low. He had all 4 tires checked, filled with air and didn’t charge me. My wait was short. You need to light a fire under your service techs xxxxx. Especially when the customers can see them. They need to spend les time looking at their phones and xxxxxxxxxxxx and more time working.
