Service for an oil change and transmission fluids drainage took almost two hours. Nearly every staff member did not have a mask on despite Covid. First trip they convinced me I needed $2000 worth of repairs. Car broke down again, same symptoms , REAL fix was minor. At least the second fix was ‘free’, gee thanks. I always get there early . The staff is there bright and early with smiles on their faces.
