Some unfortunate events out of dealers control happened resulting in my car being there for 6 weeks, but that is not why I'm only giving 2 stars. 5 days after returning my car it did the exact same thing I resulting in my car being there for 6 weeks, but that is not why I'm only giving 2 stars. 5 days after returning my car it did the exact same thing I had it towed to them in the first place and required another tow. They did not take any monetary responsibility for the tow. They were always nice, but not overly accommodating. I asked for a loaner vehicle, I was asked to make an appt, when I arrived at my appt time no one knew about such loaner. They did quickly find me one...but it had not been cleaned and still had food crumbs from previous use. They had my car for 6 weeks the first time and didnt even wash it which had been standard along with a quick detail from all other dealers I have worked with. The 2nd time I did recieve a free wash from a local car wash, but not even a quick vacuum inside. After realizing I no longer wanted to drive a nissan, I asked for a trade in value. I also checked with 5 other dealers. They were all between 3-6k more than than Machens offered me. Which tells me they either have no faith in the work they did on my car, or after having a really poor nissan experience they thought I would be an easy buy. More
