I found the vehicle I wanted (2012 Nissan Juke, AWD, Pearl White, fully loaded), met with James, and took the vehicle home, all in the same afternoon. No hassles, no haggling, and absolutely no frustrations. While buying a vehicle can be stressful, James Williams went out of his way to try and make our buying experience as simple and as pleasant as possible. Solomon was very patient with me while I tried to decide between 2 different models of Nissan. I drove both and decided to get another Versa as I had been very pleased with the one I was trading in. We had no idea that we would be bringing one home that day. While there, we dealt with Bill and Adam Aulepp. Both are surely a credit to your business. Both of these men wre courteous and understanding at all times. We had no idea just how busy it would be on Saturday; it made for a long afternoon, made tolerable only because of these two men. I believe that we would have left, were it not for Bill. There is a Nissan dealership just three minutes from our home, yet we chose to purchase from Joe Machens Nissan, primarily because of thos two guys.
