I have always been very well satisfied with the service department. Very organized, professional and friendly. James Williams was my salesman for my Rogue and I couldn't have been more pleased. Even though he was quite busy with other clients, he always acknowledged me when I just dropped by unexpectedly and treated me as though I was his only client. James' sales approach was just what I wanted. He made sure he found exactly what I wanted and didn't pressure me unnecessarily with continuous phone calls. He was most pleasant to work with. His attention to detail and personal service is exceptional! If the vehicle that you want is not on the lot he will find it for you. The service doesn't stop after you drive off of the lot. I would recommend James and the finance department to everyone I know! We have bought quite few cars and trucks in our married life and by far this was best experience I have ever had due to James taking time to ask questions and then trying his best to fit our needs and wants. Our salesperson seemed to listen and went to bring a car around for is to look at. The car was exactly what we wanted but newer and nicer than I thought I could afford. As I was getting in I asked the price. The salesperson indicated that he wasn't sure but that his boss had said it would work out. Excited, I started the test drive and liked it even more. I really wanted this car by this time. When we sat down to talk numbers I found out the car was $5,000 over my budget and would be $100 over my monthly payment cap. Sure, I could have turned back at this point, but I went ahead and purchased the car. If you are someone easily persuaded, go prepared with your guard up and find out the price of the car before getting in it! More
