Wrong part was ordered after I had scheduled over a week. Had to leave overnight for correct part to come in. You need to light a fire under your service techs xxxxx. Especially when the customers can see them. They need to spend les time looking at their phones and xxxxxxxxxxxx and more time working. I'm always impressed with their timeliness in making sure that they get the work done reasonable and If they can't they let me know ahead of time that it's going to take longer than expected.
