Wasted alleged repair $900.00 sent and within 2 weeks problem reappeared. Tara now says "well with the age and miles of the vehicle, it might be something else." I was told $900.00 sent and within 2 weeks problem reappeared. Tara now says "well with the age and miles of the vehicle, it might be something else." I was told the problem had be diagnosed and repaired. Now well, " it was repaired the day you left, everything checked out ok" (per Tara).How many more $900.00 dollars will it take and we can get over 2 weeks driving time? Very whatever, no concered attitude. If I can get this taken care of I hope to not have to deal Joe Machnes and Tara at this Nissan dealer ever again. Thanks but no thanks. More

Friendly, but typical dealership experience. I went in with preapproval from the financing company I wanted to work with. I knew the exact vehicle including VIN number that I wanted as well as my I went in with preapproval from the financing company I wanted to work with. I knew the exact vehicle including VIN number that I wanted as well as my down payment, interest rate, & monthly payment amount. They still tried to talk me into financing through a different lender. They also ran a second credit check on me without permission. I didn’t find that out until I checked my credit report at home & had 2 credit checks from them on the same day. I also made it clear that I was in a hurry because I had to get to work. They wasted so much of my time trying to get what they wanted that I was late to work. In the end I left with the new vehicle I went there for, financed through the company I wanted, but it took much longer & a significant number of times repeating myself. To be clear, Trey, the sales representative I worked with was great. The finance manager is the one who wasted a lot of my time & forced me to keep repeating myself. More

However we found a salesman at the ford lot we really like. (Shout out Dean). Would have liked to used him. He did Everything he could to try and help us. We took up half of his day and the other dealership wouldn’t turn loose of the car we wanted. We ended up using David who was good at the Nissan lot. Paper work took a long time and we ended up having to come back another day to finish. Then when we didn’t use the financing they arranged they seemed irritated. However we love the car and they working with our tight schedule. The next time we are in the market we will definitely look up Dean. P More

Good price for oil change and fast service Terrible car wash We had a coupon for a $34.95 Synthetic oil change so it was a no-brainer. Called in for appt. and was treated with good customer service and they got us in right away. Oil and filter change was done in less than an hour. My only complaint is the included car wash has VERY hard water and left hard water streaks all over the vehicle. The vehicle looked worse after the wash than it did going in... I would recommend the oil change, I would skip the wash. My wife and I spent the next 20 minutes trying to get all the streaks wiped off and it wasn't very easy since they had already dried on in the sun. More
