She looked up the car, found it was in stock, and we had an appointment set for the afternoon. After looking at the vehicle and a test drive, we were hooked. Cathy was able to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. While she stepped away, many other employees stopped by to check on us. This dealership is a 5/5 in customer service. Routine maintenance I took my 2017 Rogue in for the first oil change. As far as I can tell they did a good job. The complimentary car wash, however, is a joke! I had driven down some gravel roads the week prior to my service. After the carwash, the entire bottom panel was still covered in dust/dirt. Every time I've had my vehicle cleaned, including the delivery of a BRAND NEW SUV, the result has been very subpar. More
