I was delivered a seemingly unsure diagnostic of my brake issue. I was also told how worn out the pads were with zero reference given to what a normal pad should be. My service representative seemed to care issue. I was also told how worn out the pads were with zero reference given to what a normal pad should be. My service representative seemed to care less about the quality of my experience. I had an 11:30am appointment and was told my vehicle wasn't worked on until after 2pm. I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up at 4:45 and the dealership closes at 5:30, leaving me very little time to organize rides. There was little communication when I arrived about the cost break down. More
