Except for being confused about the loan to get the repair work done, it only accepted debit cards for which a picture was taken of both sides of it, and I had to pay $98.00 to them before any work beg repair work done, it only accepted debit cards for which a picture was taken of both sides of it, and I had to pay $98.00 to them before any work began. They later say I will have one (1) month interest free if it is paid in full. I was seeking the auto repair credit that some of your other Col., MO dealerships have with six (6) months no interest. Unsatisfied with my last 3 visits to the service dept., . First visit the recall work was not fixed correctly on my truck. 2nd visit mechanic didn’t complete work I asked for without consulting or notifying First visit the recall work was not fixed correctly on my truck. 2nd visit mechanic didn’t complete work I asked for without consulting or notifying me I found this out when I got in my truck. 3rd visit is was slow and receptionist was not helpful or friendly. Frustrating that that I have to remove and dispose the paper and plastic they cover the inside of my car with. Couldn’t the mechanic remove when job is done and they get out of it? More
