When repairing my car, they found a defective part, they gave me a loaner car for the night. I appreciated it, but it was a basic car. When my part arrived early, my service advisor called to see if I’d like to bring my car back sooner than scheduled. I did, and the service was performed quickly, and they were able to apply a coupon I rece see if I’d like to bring my car back sooner than scheduled.
