Joe Machens Nissan has been the Best experience with the Machens family, although no sales were made here, I can't say enough bad things regarding their Dodge dealership. Tara in the service department was very understanding and helpful, they didn't find my intermittent issue but was very professional unlike my "home" dealership Carolina Nissan. At this point I still would not buy another Nissan but I do appreciate Tara and her help to try to make it a little better. More

They got my truck in fairly quickly and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. It was repaired in less than an hour after that. It wasn’t cheap and I think the labor rate was out of line.
