The service employee who helped me was professional and courteous. I received the right amount of communication. If the problem had been properly fixed, then I would consider the amount of time spent to be appropriate. However, since I still have the problem, and therefore I have to return to the dealership, then I have rated the experience only 2 stars. More

Tire Repair Had an unexpected tire problem while out driving. Pulled into service center without an appointment and they took my car in almost immediately. Disappointed I have always taken my Genesis here for all of my maintenance needs and thought I was receiving the best service until this time. Had my car in in la I have always taken my Genesis here for all of my maintenance needs and thought I was receiving the best service until this time. Had my car in in late February 2018 for an oil change and inspection before heading out to Florida for the month of March. Brought it back in on April 9 for an oil change and recommended maintenance. Was told that my rear tires needed to be replaced asap. although they only had 26,000 miles on them. No mention of tire wear in February! Was told that the only reason that the rear tires worn and not the front as well is that it is a rear drive car. Was also told my tires had never been rotated. Was given one option for 2 tires with a cost of $214.00 per tire. Talked to a mechanic at home.. Said that the tires should have been rotated and he gave me several options for new tires. Will no longer trust my car to routine service at the dealership. Don't blame Chris for this (except on option for new tires) but those who didn't recommend rotating tires in the past. More
