Several services that were recommended initially were found to be not necessary...and were not performed. Because my appt was too late to receive “car wash” service, I was graciously given a card allowing me to get a free wash offsite. In short, my service call was expeditious and very satisfactory. Plus I got to visit with my friendly n helpful salesman...whom I always look forward to seeing!! More

Helped me save some money and appreciate his professionalism😊 all the work to replace my motor, new starter, and detailing was excellent. Dave's Quick Lube, in St Joseph, MO, did not put the oil drain plug in tight and lost all my oil while driving. Joe Machens saved me!! More

I really appreciate being able to call Machens in the morning and getting an appointment in the afternoon without having to beg. It was just an oil change, but Andrew and the M team also accommodated a motor performance work-up when I asked if about having anything else done that could be done early. I didn't realize I had a parking light out, but they caught that too. . . . "my ride" is rode-read., I am worry-free. . . . They even had my Sonata paked inside the garage near the visitor's lobby so we didn't have to walk in the rain (My husband really appreciated that!). . . . . If you really want an added layer of protection when you purchase a car there, I suggest getting the additive at every oil change. Hyundai has the best warranty out there, but this additive's manufacturer has an interesting guarantee beyond that Hyundai 100,000 mile warranty. More
