Terrible! Bought a car and the with in the first 10 days the check engine light and traction control light came on. bought an extended warranty which they said Bought a car and the with in the first 10 days the check engine light and traction control light came on. bought an extended warranty which they said wouldn't cover what was wrong with the car I had for only 10 days. Tried to make me pay for said part and labor which turned into an all day fight with manager and assistant who not only didn't appologize for the inconvenience but also made me feel like a complete idiot with their poor customer service skills. Seemed like they were telling me that it was a used car and you never know what might happen with a used car, even though the car I bought had less than 40,000 miles. Made me feel like it was my fault for having issues since I could only afford a used car and not new. Seems like they want people to buy their cars but aren't willing to even stand behind them for even 10 days. Any other place I have ever bought a car from has always promised that if anything went wrong within the first 30 days that they would be more than happy to fix it. Eventually got them to agree to fix it for me with no charge on my part. Only good experience I've had here was with Tyler in the service dept. He was exceptional at his job sitting with me making sure I understood everything he was doing. Very nice, polite, and in no way condescending. More

Very good service...as usual! My service experience addressed all of my concerns AND recommended appropriate services which were also timely. Several services that were recommended initially were found to be not necessary...and were not performed. Because my appt was too late to receive “car wash” service, I was graciously given a card allowing me to get a free wash offsite. In short, my service call was expeditious and very satisfactory. Plus I got to visit with my friendly n helpful salesman...whom I always look forward to seeing!! More
