Finally Purchased Sonata on December 31, 2014 and part of the sales was a factory remote start, Hyundai is NOT making the 2015 factory start for the keyed Son Purchased Sonata on December 31, 2014 and part of the sales was a factory remote start, Hyundai is NOT making the 2015 factory start for the keyed Sonata. This Dealership kept their promise!!! They paid for an after market remote start and even gave me a loaner for almost 24 hours while the remote was being put in my Sonata by an "outside" source! The ONLY issue is .... After my free one time oil change and me paying for my tires being rotated, they did a horrible job cleaning/detailing my new car that I just had serviced there. Dust still on dash, mats still had mud and stuff on them and mud still on back out side of auto. I did not complain, I was just happy to get my remote, oil changed and tires rotated. Overall They were very busy and took time to take care of me. Finally Happy with the remote start!!! Good job Travis and crew!!! Thanks!! More

The sales department is typical; They'll go back and forth and back and forth with low-ball prices, which is tiring. If Kansas City/St. Louis was closer I would have investigated a dealership there. Went in for an oil change, left with a new Sonota! This is the third new car we have purchased from Machens Hyundai in three years (and we live in Springfield, MO where there is a Hyundai dealership). She suggest I go with her while she got her first free oil change. She introduced me to Zack Lemon. We talked about what I would like to test drive. After my test drive of a 2014 Juke, I showed interstate in the car on the showroom floor. It is a 2015 Hyundai Accent. The color is Boston Red, it has 4 doors and a hatchback. The car had 4 miles on it. I told Zack that was the cat I wanted and he made it happen. I appreciate everything Zack done that day to make sure I got that car. More
