Courteous, Professional & Honest I went in for an oil change on my 2013 Sonata. I asked the gentleman who sold me the Sonata, Alex, if they had any Velosters in stock with the turbo I went in for an oil change on my 2013 Sonata. I asked the gentleman who sold me the Sonata, Alex, if they had any Velosters in stock with the turbo trim in a color I liked. We looked at their inventory, test drove the Veloster, and I had a blast! My wife hates filling out paperwork and waiting, so Alex let me work with him to get all the numbers hammered out before I went to pick up my wife. After she had a chance to drive the car, she was sold! We went over the number together and both agreed that it was worth the extra monthly payment to have something sporty and fun to drive. Alex is a fantastic salesman and was honest with me about costs the entire time, and the finance manager Terrance got us squared away with a bit of extra peace of mind warranty coverage for not much more; which is a good thing because I ran over a nail driving through downtown on my way to work this morning!! These guys aren't going to pull a fast one on you, and they aren't going to tell you they can get you in a car for X and then tell you you're gonna pay Y; they do what they say they will, and they do it with a smile on their face and with a sense of urgency.
