It was hard letting go of my 2012 Santa Fe, but sitting with Brandon and listing the pros and cons was a lot of fun. I have had no complaints about any of my Hyundai's. I had a 2010 Tucson, a 2012 Santa Fe, and now a 2016 Tucson. Part of the reason I keep coming back is because of the sales incentive notices I get, but I wouldn't buy if I didn't feel like I was getting a good deal or if I had to deal with difficult sales people. Always confident in Joe Machens Hyundai service I had to get my Sonata towed in to Joe Machens Hyundai (I live 92 miles away). All local shops quoted me at $500 to fix my starter issue. Joe Machens fixed the issue for $150 without having to replace an entire component. George worked with me over the phone to arrange the tow, and keep me up-to-date on the work done to my Hyundai. When we able to make it into Columbia a few days later, George had our car ready to go.
