Santa Fe break down My Santa Fe suffered a major computer failure on I-70 thirty miles east of KC in the recent ice storm. I got a tow to Joe Machens in Columbia and cal My Santa Fe suffered a major computer failure on I-70 thirty miles east of KC in the recent ice storm. I got a tow to Joe Machens in Columbia and called ahead to George in the service department. George arranged for a free loaner and I was able to complete my trip to St Louis. The next day George advised me of the the computer failure and having to order a replacement. I was kept informed and a few days later I was able to pickup my Santa Fe. It was clean and spotless and repaired perfectly. The service depth and George were very professional. Thanks for helping me out! More
