She called me from the loaner and told me she wanted the newer one. The difference in the two vehicles is night and day! Hyundai has hit the mark with style, ride, and options. This compact is more mid-sized than any vehicle advertised today in its class. It is beautifully styled, the ride is quiet and comfortable, even for long distances, and the option packages are priced right. What one buys for the price is better than mid-sized cars as far as I am concerned. We recently rented a full sized car in Nashville during a trip and when we turned it in, my wife's comment was, "well we get to go home to a nice car now". More

My experience in the business and finance divisions also went well although I was kept waiting a little longer than I liked before I could meet with them. I am happy with my car and overall with the buying experience. I felt a little bit more pressure than I was comfortable with but not to the point that it affected or clouded my final decision. More

I have mentioned his name to a few friends that are in the market for a new car, because of the positive experience that we had. The only thing that I didn't care for was all the smoking. I think that the smoking should take place more on the lot and not by the entrances, where you have to pass by it, and it made the inside of the building smell like smoke because all the entrances were open. I was impressed with Dan Schoonover's knowledge of the product, but even more by his understanding of what does and does not work for the elderly and individuals with impaired mobility. His many years of experience really count. More

Rushed and Confused Finalizing the purchase at the dealership I felt really rushed and pressured to hurry and buy it. I also was rushed through the financing department, the man said it was time for him to go and just shoved me papers to sign. I also saw an advertisement of my car on the website for at least 3,000 cheaper and once I brought it to the salesman I was ignored. After taking my car home I was told to expect calls from he financer to me for more information as they finalize my loan. The next weekend I was called into the dealership because some papers wasn't signed from the finance dept. Again I was told to expect calls from the financer john( I never actually worked with him, the financer I met with was not John). I never received any calls. I wasn't sure who I was supposed to pay monthly, the day or why I didn't receive a title. I recently called in last week and a lady told me I could pick my title up and who to call to pay monthly and the name of the loan. I do like to add I do like my car a lot. I just wish the process didn't seem so rushed, mostly when I went into the finance office. I had a lot of questions about what I was signing that I didn't get answered and I am still not sure if my age played a part in it. More
