Purchase of 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport I appreciate the time Jacob Thomas took at the time of the purchase to answer my questions. He has also remained available after the purchase. He is very friendly and professional and also knows how to do his job. The staff in the parts department and the service department are also patient and very nice .Unfortunately the suv has a rattling noise coming from the rear. At first Jacob thought it was just the license plate holder in the rear of the suv. That is not the issue. He did take the time to drive the suv with me going along and the noise is still present and not just when on an uneven surface but is audible on smooth highway.. I have an appointment with service for Tuesday 12/20/2016 to determine what is causing this noise. It is disarming to say the least to have a brand new car which I have had since 12/03/2016 making a noise like this. I have been on a Hyundai forum and other owners have stated same noise for previous years. I am hopeful this issue will be resolved easily. I think it might be the rear headrests because they are loose and wobbly (and they should not be.) More

Attentive Service for Teen's First Car Purchase Solomon was patient with my daughter's budget and my nerves. I think he was more in tune with it being her first car than I was!
