We were given plenty of information as we needed it. The staff was very friendly and tried everything they could to help expedite the purchase once we made a buying decision. The gentleman in finance was also outstanding and very conscientious about our time. This was out first time to purchase a Hyundai. We purchased an Elantra as a economy vehicle and back up vehicle to our luxury car. It is a fully loaded economy vehicle that exceeds every imaginable expectation we could have. It embodies value, safety, craftsmanship, and esthetics. We have decided when it comes time to replace our luxury car, we will return and purchase one of the Genesis models and stay in the Hyundai family as well as return to Machens Hyundai for the service and support. Awesomeness! Dan was/is awesome. He has been our contact/sales person over the past two leases and definitely will return to him again. My wife has a Volkswagon Pa Dan was/is awesome. He has been our contact/sales person over the past two leases and definitely will return to him again. My wife has a Volkswagon Passat and truly likes the Volkswagon brand of vehicles (not diesel). However, she is considering when lease is up to come see Dan and possibly switch to Hyundai (which has been fond of this brand since the purchase of a 2005 Hyundai Tucson from Tucson AZ. The time Dan takes to know what desires to have on a vehicle, to showing what's available on the lot, to honoring our religious beliefs and making sure the whole process of re-leasing (including signatures on paperwork) are done before the Sabbath on a Friday, to investigating further to see a vehicle he knows would prefer is being delivered further in the week, to discussing payment options - ok, this list could go on and on. We will be back to Joe Machens Hyundai in the future for service needs on the vehicle, but most importantly to visit with Dan! Terence, financial associate, interacted with my wife and I as if he has also known us for a long time (this was our first interaction with him). He was upbeat, smiled constantly, joked around, and multi-tasked efficiently as helping other associates when needed and apologizing to us at the same time. More
