Bought a car from them long distance I wanted an new 2020 Elantra GT N-line in blue and located about 20 in the entire U.S. This dealership's advertised price was already the lowest. I talked to Jeff McLaughlin and asked him for the best price, no haggling, as I was going to call many dealers. He gave me a price that was even better than advertised. When I told him I lived in Florida, he said he was experienced with out-of-state sales. I started calling all the other dealerships with this car and strangely, many of the salesmen were reluctant to deal with me once they found out I didn't live nearby. Those that were willing to talk still couldn't match the price I got. Once I agreed to the purchase, I was sent a Fedex package with all the forms to be filled that was then overnighted back. My loan was approved and I picked a shipping company and they coordinated with Jeff when they would pick up the car. The car was delivered a week later with no problems. More

Shady dealership practices. 700 dollars that sounds fair. Actually get my loan back from the bank 3,400. Shady people told me I bought two plans.
