Salesman was great....finance guy was not! We worked with Jeff McLaughlin on a trade in and purchase. He was fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. The finance guy seemed okay initially, but We worked with Jeff McLaughlin on a trade in and purchase. He was fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. The finance guy seemed okay initially, but a little disorganized. We worked a few months earlier with a lady in the finance department that was wonderful, but this go around had a different experience. There were miltiple forms tlhe said we didn't sign, and we went back down to sign. After not getting our title for weeks we checked back in and was told we needed to come im to sign. I spoke with finance guy, Sam Webb who was rude, unprofessional, spoke to me like I was an idiot, and hung up on my husband. The dealership tried to compensate by giving us a tank of gas and 2 free oil changes, but in the end the experience was not good. We like Hyundai and the sales team, but will likely not do any business with this company in the future due to the lack of decency by Sam Webb. More

Knew the make and model I wanted and when I found it at Joe Machens Hyundai, was l Was helping my dad find a new(used) car to replace the one he had. Knew the make and model I wanted and when I found it at Joe Machens Hyundai, was lucky enough to deal with Edward Broaddus. Just a great guy and was easy to work with in buying this car. The whole experience was the easiest most laid back experience purchasing a vehicle that I've ever had. If you are looking for the same experience, try this dealer out and request Edward. Ease of dealing with this dealership! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. The first time I bought a car from them it was for the 10 year/100,000 warranty but t This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership.
