I travel 100 miles to get to Joe Machens Ford for ALL my new vehicle purchase and service needs because I can count on them to do it right and complete the job when promised. More

I been around garages, mechanics and dumb xxx*s like you alI before and I don't give a flying f*&k. I guess you are not used to people like me calling you out on your crap. You two need to find another line of work, one where you don't deal directly with people because you suck at it. Now, the actual work done to my vehicle was fine, my gripe is not with the mechanics. It is with the terrible people up front that are just so busy and can't seem to find the time to treat customers like they want them to come back. I sure as xxxx won't be back to service, or sales! GFY! More

He was professional, courteous, and calm Jonah Ganaway in the Machens Ford service center should be commended for his outstanding customer service. He was professional, courteous, and calm under the pressure of a busy morning. He had me in-and-out within minutes, provided a loaner car to get me back to work (vehicle running, A/C on, and pointed towards the exit), and had my service completed ahead of schedule. I would recommend requesting Mr. Ganaway for all your Machens Ford service needs! More

He asked immediately if I needed a ca Recently I brought my 2013 Escape into Service, and Doug happened to walk through, saw me, and stopped to talk. He asked immediately if I needed a car to drive while mine was being serviced, located a car, gave me a lesson on its features, and sent me on my way. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a new car, but listened to what I had to say about my present vehicle. Doug has always been tremendously helpful, honest and direct, while seeming to be interested in me and my family beyond a car sale. I will certainly contact Doug when I decide to look for a new car, which won't be for a long time as my Escape is wonderful and I love love love it! Thanks, Doug, for being there for me. More

Awful I am very disappointed with the service here. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning for a power steering recall. They said it should take half a da I am very disappointed with the service here. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning for a power steering recall. They said it should take half a day. It is now Friday at 330 and I get a call it will not be done until Friday. A power steering problem takes 3 hours and an alignment takes 45 min. I'm very confused why it took one week to do a 3 hour job? They never called about what the status was, I had to call them repeatedly. Although they did offer me a rental car, it's just very disappointing. More
