I called my Joe Machens dealership and was connected with Joan Reed in Joe Machens Body & Paint, who immediately dispatched a towing service. Within 24 hours Mike Golden called with an estimate and timeframe for parts and repairs. Upon completion of initials repairs, Mr. Golden provided me with an estimate for (optional) painting needed match my vehicle’s color. My vehicle was returned to me in like-new condition with perfectly matching bumper. Mr. Golden even dispatched the courtesy van for me! All work completed within the indicated timeframe at a very reasonable cost exactly as estimated.
