Nate Hart work with us on our purchase and was very attentive to your needs in a new vehicle an matching up some options. He located the vehicles we wanted to to look at quickly. Once a decision was made, Nate's knowledge of closing the sale and coordinating the paperwork, meeting with Charlie Brown for setting up our Ford Credit and getting the car to the department that preps the car for sale was well done. The Edge did come with a backup warning system, but not a back up camera. Nate quickly worked with the appropriate individual to install the after market edition at a very reasonable price. We LOVE it. The camera shows in the rear view mirror and is crystal clear. Adam Neale started us out with our experience at Machens and certainly put us in touch with one of the best sales associates I have worked with in all my years of purchasing a vehicle. I had determined that I needed & wanted an explorer for my business & pleasure. Brad assisted in finding the 'perfect' explorer with all the options I needed/wanted as well as options I did not desire. We keep our vehicles a long time; this explorer was ours for just under 7 years. It was so easy to enjoy my explorer for that time the help from the dealership's service and maintenance and Brad. Brad was always there to make sure I had something to drive while my car was being serviced and to answer questions I might have had regardless how silly they might have been. We just trade my '07 explorer for a new '14 explorer. Yes, Brad was there every step of the way. He knew what I liked and don't like from the first one, we worked together over the phone and website to narrow the search to the 'perfect' one, again. I have and I will recommend Brad to anyone looking for a vehicle. He is great....salesman with out pressure, knowledgeable and friendly. My husband is the mayor of Eldon, Mo and was at the dealership on city business. He noticed the great selection of pre-owned Ford Escapes and told me about them. I went to the dealer's website and look dealership on city business. He noticed the great selection of pre-owned Ford Escapes and told me about them. I went to the dealer's website and looked at some of them. I then emailed Lance Burns directly and he was wonderful!!. Emailed me back shortly with the description of a vehicle that I was looking for. He offered to bring the vehicle home with him on that night, as he also lives in Eldon, Mo. I agreed, he let me keep it overnight, took my trade to the dealership the next day, offered us a great deal, got the financing and payments that he promised, and then brought all of the paperwork that we needed and my personal belongings here to us that night. We didn't even have to leave Eldon to purchase this like new, pre-owned Ford Esacape. I would recommend ths dealership to all of my family and friends. Brad Davis changed my outlook on buying vehicles, I had an excellent experience, Brad had all the paperwork ready when I got to the dealership so I did not have to set and wait for hours, so I signed my paperwork and we went out to my new car and Brad sat out with me and explained every gadget and button and how things operated making sure I understood everything with my new vehicle.
