At the time I was currently driving a Dodge truck which was a nice truck, but I was just very unhappy with the truck as far as being comfortable in the vehicle itself. I only had the vehicle one month before I realized that I was not going to be happy with the truck and it was not going to grow on me as I kept telling myself it probably would, so I called Lance at the Ford dealership and explained my unhappiness and within an hour he had found me a truck that was perfect and had taken care of all the paperwork, and actually brought the vehicle too me which is easily a three hour drive from Columbia where I reside in Sringfield, MO. I know a lot of dealers tend to get reputations for being somewhat deceitful and dishonest, but I felt like Lance was upfront about the numbers on the vehicles involved in the trade, and that his concern was more about my happiness with the new Ford than it was for the amount of profit he would be able to obtain on the deal.
