It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for, even better than the one I had originally called about. Troy was great to work with the entire time. He even made himself available via text, as that fit my busy work schedule best, and even brought the vehicle over to my work for me to look at and take a quick test drive as I only had about 15 minutes to spare. Getting a truck After looking for a truck I was getting disappointed. I drove through the lot at Machens on Monday during my lunch. No one really bothered me. I flagged down JJ in the parking loy and asked him about the inventory. I was looking for a 'deal' (cheap). JJ gave me his card and asked me to stop by the office so he could do a better search of the inventory, but I had to go back to work. I saw a few that looked promising and went home and trolled the machens.com website. It was easy to use and I created a list of trucks I thought would work. I went back the machens and found the one I liked best. It was more than I wanted to pay, but it was fair according to KBB and NADA values. I called JJ Tuesday morning and scheduled a test drive during lunch break. It was a good fit for me. JJ was able to reduce the price and made the whole deal better. We signed the initial paper work and I went back to work. After work I completed the paper work, and took delivery of my new used truck. The whole process took less than 24 hours for me. Good inventory, no pressure, good pricing, good people and the value of a good dealer with a clean detailed truck, car fax, and a full tank of gas. Customer service always beats the competition.
